Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN UM BUSINESS DIRECTOR VIETNAM A leading player in the garment manufacturing industry, known for its high-quality products and innovative design is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain cum Business Director. This role will play a pivotal part in overseeing the supply chain operations, while also contributing to various aspects of business management including finance, HR, customer service, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies, ensuring efficient sourcing, production, and distribution of products Work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute business plans that align with the company's overall objectives Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed Maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus Proven experience in supply chain management, business development, and cross-functional leadership roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
