Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN AND MANUFACTURING DIRECTOR THAILAND In this business critical role you will be the pioneer leadership team who lead set up and running of the manufacturing facility in Thailand and managing our supply chain operations across the international business. Set up and run a manufacturing & warehousing operations for the region Build a high performance team to set up and execute on the Thailand plans and supply chain across Asia Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering 0 PPM and next day delivery to customers Optimise efficiency and efficacy of operations to deliver better margins for business Deliver consistency in operations and reliability of 99.8% Maintain global standards in safety, discipline, hygiene and quality Prepare the annual supply chain/ manufacturing budget and forecasts and all capital expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects Contribute to overall business strategy and expansion process To succeed in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Director job, you will need to have previously worked in a manufacturing set and has expertise in supply chain management, with five years experience in leadership team. Bachelors in engineering is a must Passionate about technology and manufacturing Ability to understand consumer problems very well and implement innovative solutions using technology to solve them Strong strategic and problem solving skills in a manufacturing role Experience and knowledge of leading a manufacturing team, including the ability to build a culture of discipline safety and reliability Track record in successfully building a world class manufacturing operation in a consumer business Track record in transforming a manufacturing operations through process changes and use of technology Experience in managing P&L
