Job Description : FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING HEAD GERMANY In this function, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the controlling and accounting team and act as a sparring partner for the site manager, the COO and the company's international contacts. As part of the job, you are primarily responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the controlling and accounting team of approx. 7 employees You will be responsible for the further development of various systems In addition to your managerial tasks, you will also act partly operationally in project controlling. Further development of the portfolio valuation strategy as well as monitoring and participation in portfolio purchases As a sparring partner, you support the international contacts, the site manager and the COO You have several years of experience in controlling or accounting within the financial services industry. You always work in a solution- and team-oriented manner and are characterized by a hands-on mentality Leadership and decision-making skills are essential here - disciplinary leadership experience, on the other hand, is not absolutely necessary. You understand such a function as both strategic and operational, whereby an understanding of HGB and/or IFRS is also an advantage. English (spoken and written) is not a problem for you in your everyday work
