Job Description : CFO NIGERIA The CFO will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company and ensuring its long-term financial stability. He will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. They will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. The CFO will also be responsible for managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors and financial institutions. CFO will have the chance to lead and shape the financial strategy of the company, contributing to its overall growth and success. Roles and Responsibilities Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for operations and growth. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, financial institutions, and auditors. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to the executive team. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting. Desired Profile: CA's with 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing the financial operations of a company. Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies. Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements. Experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors and financial institutions. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
