Job Description : TECHNICAL DIRECTOR ZAMBIA a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to lead our integrated security technologies division in Zambia. The Technical Director will play a key role in shaping our company's growth, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead the technical team and provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and guidance in the planning and execution of integrated security technology projects. Oversee the design, installation, integration, and commissioning of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, and other related solutions. Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop customised solutions that meet the client's security needs and expectations. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in security technology implementation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline. Proven experience in a similar role within the security technology industry. Strong knowledge of integrated security technologies, including access control systems, video surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, and related software platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
