Job Description : SENIOR MEP DESIGN MANAGER CAMBODIA SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTIONPROJECT DESIGN, SHOP DRAWING, CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGPROJECT TENDER, REVIEW TECHNICAL SPECITION, BOQ, AND SPECIFICATIONREVIEW DESIGN INFORMATION AND COMMENT IN RELATION TO TEHCNICAL COMPLIANCETO PROVIDE QSTO PROVIDE QA/QCTO PROVIDE MATERIALS APPROVAL AND INSPECTIONS AT SITESTO SUPPORT SITE COORDINATIONTO CONTROL FOR THE SI & VOPROJECT DESIGN & TENDERConduct site inspection and project specifications with drawing analysisLead the design team for well preparing the design with equipment selectionPrepare the BOQ, labor and material equipment and review the material specificationsPropose the installation, and technical specifications of equipment offeredCoordinate with customer for getting the detail design including load calculation,schematic diagrams, layout, size and final selection for equipment during the projectexecutionTO SUPPORT PROJECT EXCECUTIONConduct site survey to get clear information of site conditionSite Coordination meetingTo provide Shop Drawing, Construction Drawing, an AsBuildTo provide Site Coordination for site installation & obstruction from the drawingConduct a weekly meeting to control QA/QC and site progress to check for the siteinstallation which follow the drawing design and clear for the site obstruction.Be well prepare for the variation order to follow the site instruction/keep track andfollow up to make sure all information up to date and approve.THE COORIDINATION CROSS DEPARTMENTProvide the technical support to the sales team in the negation the contractRevise the proposal submitted as per variations requested by the clientDevelop detailed design specifications and assist in line manager in the preparation ofbid packagesDevelop detail scope of work related to each projectConduct site inspections for ensuring adherence to engineering standards andspecificationsTO LEAD THE TEAMTo lead and control of ELECTRICAL TEAM, MECHICNAL TEAM, PLUMPING &FIREFIGHTING TEAMTo make sure the team deliver the result & commitment following the schedule setTo produce the accuracy of works 10+ years experience
