Job Description : DEPUTY HR HEAD AUSTRALIA Please note this role is open to expats without an Australian passport/visa providing NSW, Australia Salary: AUD 270,000 per annum, plus benefits a leading global construction company who are looking for a Deputy HR Manager to join their team in Australia. The candidate placed in this role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the organisations HR functions including recruitment, remuneration, retention, training, wellness, and implementation of the groups policies and procedures. Must Have Requirements: * 15+ years' proven experience working with Human Resources. * Hold an degree in Human Resources/Psychology or a related field. * Proven experience of working within Construction/Engineering organisations. * Previous experience of working in Australia. * Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
