Job Description : CFO TANZANIA FOR FMCG MANUFACTURING 18+ years experience A seasoned finance head who can partner to grow the business to its next milestone by co-piloting with the team and business head, while building strong governance, process compliance and business hygiene. Some critical experiences that will help you succeed in this role are: - CFO equivalent role of a mid-sized business in the range of 100-200 Mn$ - Functional roles across various areas in Finance. - Led a complex operational project which contributed to significant efficiency improvement. - Roles involving finance partnering with key areas of Sales, Marketing & Operations. - P&L Management Effective management of all lines of P&L to meet top and bottom line aspirations for business Finance Controlling Timely reporting of all statements, MIS, group reporting. Business processes review and strengthening. - Strategic Planning Closely working with the business to create and comply to annual operating plans and budgets. Business analytics and strategy creation for achieving long range plans. - Master's degree in business administration in Finance or Chartered Accountant. - 13+ years' experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success. - Prior experience as a CFO/Financial Controller, or equivalent. - Strong data analysis skills and affinity with numbers. - Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
