Job Description : NSM GENERAL TRADE OUT OF MUMBAI 1. Under the guidance of the Management establish coverage, distribution and display objectives for all the ZSMs, RSMs, ASMs, SOs & ADOs 2. Have a clear focus on Traditional Channel- to build Distribution, Visibility and Volumes. 3. Build market relationships. 4. Create PJPs for all the ZSMs & RSMs. 5. Appoint all the agreed number of distributors to achieve sales, coverage and distribution objectives. 6. Establish primary and secondary targets - town wise and market wise as per the PJPs of all down-the-line hierarchy's. 7. Break their objectives - month wise, week wise and day wise and strictly follow the system of reporting accordingly. 8. Manage, develop, train, control and motivate the sales force across territories. 9. Travel to conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Concern Managers and their team's performance. 10. Fill-up all the vacancies in your territory on time with the help of your ZSM, RSM and HR department. 11. Execute all market plans as agreed with the Management and report periodically to the Management. 12. Creating new potential retailer points for the company in untapped market. 13. Attend all issues whether it is consumer complaints or trade related ones without any delay. 14. Collecting customer feedback and market research , keeping up to date with products and competitors. 15. Providing assistance to the Distributors and Super Stockists by creating healthy business relations. 16. Will look after PAN India Sales Operations for GT Division. 17. Evaluating Sales Force and required action to be taken to groom the Sales Force. Required Candidate profile Key Skills Required: 1. Experience: 15 years minimum (General Trade Division) 2. Experience with any large/ medium sales team in FMCG companies (Preferably Beverages/Food Industry) and Strong relationship network in the trade channel. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people and generate P.Os for the company. 4. Excellent team player, thoughtful, unafraid to express an opinion and enthusiastic. 5. Compensation Offered: As per Industry standards 6. Job Location: Kandivali (E), Mumbai
