Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER VIETNAM FOR SUGAR CP Vietnam Industries Limited is a 100% Foreign Invested Company established in Vietnam in 1997 and operating a 10,000 TCD capacity sugar refinery with 30 MW Cogeneration unit and a 1,000 TCD sugar factory. To implement projects in sugar, Bio mass power generation, with Graduation in Civil Engineering Job Description: · Should have experience for a tleast 20 years out of which around 10 years in project management. · Should have been as Head or Vice Head for at least 5 years of the project team, conversant in planning works including contract negotiation and preparation. · Should be conversant with procurement, quality assurance related to project implementation etc., · Should manage the contractors to complete the work within schedule. · Team leadership and team management skills to achieve targets with quality and schedule. · Communication and interpersonal skills · Experience in executing projects in sugar/Bio mass power generation is preferred. Key Skills : Mechanical Engineering, execution, planning, procurement, contract negotiation, project implementation, quality assurance, project team management Education : B.E(Mechanical Engineering ) Experience : 20 years experience out of which around 10 years in project management with around 5 years as HOD or Assistant HOD of the project team. Age : Around 45 years Salary : Salary based on education, experience, merit and negotiation between both sides. Note: Candidates to possess ability to work under pressure and lead the team with good man management skills, flexible to work in a team, good communication and coordinating skills, dedicated and be able to meet targets, sound English writing and speaking skills, free from family burdens, carry valid passport, good health record and hold required documents to obtain work permit and ready to join within 45 to 60 days.
