Deputy Civil Manager

Job Description : DEPUTY CIVIL MANAGER VIETNAM KCP Vietnam Industries Limited is a 100% Foreign Invested Company established in Vietnam in 1997 and operating a 10,000 TCD capacity sugar refinery with 30 MW Cogeneration unit and a 1,000 TCD sugar factory. To operate the existing factories and implement the expansion projects in sugar and Bio mass power generation, we invite applications for the following post from the eligible and interested candidates. We are seeking an experienced DEPUTY MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER(Civil) for KCP Vietnam Industries, Vietnam with Graduation in Civil Engineering to join our KCP Vietnam team. Job Description: · Should have experience for at least 20 years out of which around 10 years in carrying out industrial projects · Should have been as Head or Vice Head of the project construction teams for at least 5 years · Ability to co-ordinate with civil consultants · Should be conversant with execution planning and quality assurance of industrial projects works comprising of infrastructure, buildings and equipment foundations. · Should manager the contractors to complete the work within schedule. · Team leadership and team management skills to achieve targets · Communication and interpersonal skills · Experience in one or two fields out of sugar / Biomass power generation is preferred. Key Skills : Civil Engineering, execution, planning, quality assurance, team management, operation and maintenance, Leadership skills, industrial projects, infrastructure, building and equipment foundations Education : B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering ) Experience : 20 years experience out of which around 10 years in carrying out industrial projects with around 5 years as Head or Vice Head of the project construction teams. Age : Around 45 years Salary : Salary based on education, experience, merit and negotiation between both sides. Note: Candidates to possess ability to work under pressure and lead the team with good man management skills, flexible to work in a team, good communication and coordinating skills, dedicated and be able to meet targets, sound English writing and speaking skills, free from family burdens, carry valid passport, good health record and hold required documents to obtain work permit and ready to join within 45 to 60 days.
