Job Description : COMMERCIAL MANAGER DUBAI Project Planning & Cash Flow Management :- · Project planning/scheduling as per the order with management · Manage Cash flow & inform finance about same as per project milestone · Project assessment every week, consult with internal depts along with management & circulate project tracker sheet i.e. schedule target. · Working in SAP Module & Sales Forse Reporting Module Project Execution - Post Order Process · Intimate Management & Intra department about Receipt of Order · Provide Information of Project & Delivery Target through Project Schedule c) Follow-up with Operation team for the timely delivery to avoid project delay · Providing Weekly Report about Project to Superior & management · Punching order in system (SAP) · Follow-up with the finance team for the advance bank guarantee & letter of credit. · Preparing Commercial Invoice after the dispatch of material & ensure the delivery of Bills to client within stipulated period of time to avoid delay in payment. · Arrangement of Road Permit for dispatch Collection of Project Payment · Payment forecasting to the client monthwise · Collection of Project Payment as per Purchase Order Terms & Conditions & target set by management & forcaste Collection of Expired Bank Guarantee · Collection of Expired Project Bank Guarantee i.e. Advance Bank Guarantee & Performance Bank Guarantee · Fortnightly update to Finance Team SAP Module: [SD Module & PS Module] ( Mandatory) · Punching Project Sales Order · Preparation of Project Schedule i.e. Set Project Delivery & Warranty Target · Preparation of Commercial Invoice · Preparation of Debit & Credit Note · Maintaining Project Commissioning & Under Warranty details & Project closure SalesForse Reporting Module: · Punching Project Sales Order · Project Execution Details · Cash Flow Maintenance Relevant: 5 to 7 years Total: 10 to 12 years Full time Reports To : General Manager Location: Dubai (UAE) Department: Industrial Sales & Marketing He should have experience in international trade
