Procurement Head

Job Description : PROCUREMENT HEAD INDONESIA This is a great opportunity for those who want to redevelop procurement strategy and processes. Your main responsibility will be to perform negotiations, vendor management, and define strategies for sourcing and support the procurement of direct and indirect spend. Key Responsibilities: Take the initiative on the purchasing strategy by the leading team to achieve targets Make decisions on any procurement process starting from vendor selection and consider all aspects that align with the company's strategies and benefits Ensure supply readiness, quality, and on-time delivery Develop new vendors and maintain relationships with existing vendors both local and overseas Ensure improvement of cost saving initiatives with a strong negotiation skills Create reports for the global team To succeed in this Head of Procurement (Direct and Indirect) role, you must be strong in strategic and analytical thinking with strong negotiation skills. Key Requirements: At least eight years of experience as a Head of Procurement (direct and indirect spend) Excellent strategic and analytical thinking Good communication and negotiation skills, proactive and self confident Networking procurement experience is a plus Experience with cost savings and manage huge amount of annual spending Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
