Job Description : REGIONAL CFO MEXICO ( EXPATS) A global company that is primarily dedicated to providing solutions and services related to employee benefits is looking for their next Regional CFO in Mexico City with knowledge of finance, accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements at a local, regional and global level. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage the financial operations of a company that is primarily dedicated to providing solutions and services related to employee benefits. Responsibilities »Implement best practices and a community across HA »Improve the efficiency on resource allocation especially among smaller countries »Guide & coach local CFOs on technical & soft skills development »Be the SPOC for the BL on financial topics » Dotted line with all local CFO's and hardline with the BL Controller + dotted line with the Regional Director HA » Share financial & operational benchmarkswithin local / BL-Region community »Support local financial teamswhen suffering from vacancies to ensure completion of recurring financial processes » Ensurequality of the financialsincluding P&L, balance sheet and cash » Ensure execution of internal control recommendations(mandatory financial controls, processes…) Experience/Qualifications: »+18 years of experience in senior Finance roles »In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements at a local, regional and global level »Strong leadership and team management skills »Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities »Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join a dynamic organization at the forefront of payment solutions.
