FP & A Manager 

Job Description : CORPORATE FP & A MANAGER MEXICO We're seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the FP&A Manager for a growing fintech company. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the financial strategies of the organization. Your responsibilities will extend beyond your initial duties, expanding based on your performance, ownership, and your ability to effectively engage with the business. Key Responsibilities for the FP&A Manager: Collaborate across teams to drive the annual budgeting and headcount planning process, make strategic decisions, and prioritize initiatives. Lead and participate in the analysis and interpretation of operating results, preparing executive reports. Provide insightful and impactful analysis of the company's financial and operational outcomes. Enhance Blend's financial model in Adaptive by adding complexity and detail. Review and refine assumptions based on past performance and changing business dynamics. Streamline and optimize FP&A processes to uncover value and mitigate risk. Update OPEX models with actuals and perform variance analysis. Analyze trends and consolidate data for actuals, forecasts, and budgets. Enhance accuracy by driving improvements in forecast drivers. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to understand the impact of financial decisions on business strategy. Excel in financial modeling with advanced analytical capabilities. Possess a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles. Show adaptability in the face of changing conditions and maintain organizational skills. Excel at strategic thinking and solving open-ended challenges. Proficiency in financial tools like Adaptive, NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, and Salesforce. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Minimum 12+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the financial services industry. Knowledge of the technology, mortgage, or real estate sectors is advantageous. Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Adaptive, NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, and Salesforce.
