Operations Director

Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR BRUSSELS Automotive Logistics sector based in Brussels is urgently looking for an Operations Director Taking full leadership of all accountabilities and operations towards the client, including leadership of people and operations strategy. · Work closely with line and relevant staff functions to match client’s KPI and needs. · You ensure the full Operations performance of the company services on-site (100 FTE) · You guide the teams, make them grow towards more autonomy and create an atmosphere of trust, dialogue, proactiveness and enthusiasm. · You liaise with the main client to develop and discuss new projects and you define the best operational strategy for both parties. · You ensure that the security and organisation of the site are well guarded. You have solid experiences as Operations Director in a similar sector. · You have worked in environments that have a strong labour unions presence. · You are an excellent communicator and strong people manager. · You speak French and English; Dutch is a nice addition.
