Job Description : Head of HR... The Head of HR, or Chief HR Officer, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management in an organization. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. Key responsibilities may include managing the recruitment and selection process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee benefits and compensation, managing employee relations and engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The Head of HR must also provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, and continuously seek ways to improve the organization's culture and work environment.
