Job Description : IT Head for a leading Beauty Brand based at Delhi. Requirements and skills ? Proven experience as CTO or similar managerial role ? Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure ? Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation ? Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations ? Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities ? A strong strategic and business mindset ? Excellent organizational and leadership skills ? Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Experience Level • Significant work experience in Technology related roles. • Work experience in Retail , B2B, Multiple Level Marketing Sector, FMCG/ FMCD related projects/products . Educational Background • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in any of the computer science fields • Master’s degree is a plus • Domain certifications is an added advantage Technical Skills : • Java, Spring boot, RDS, EMR, Kafka, AWS, Route-53, EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Jenkins, GitHub, Web Services, Redshift, Dynamo DB, EKS, ECS, IOT, ELB, Node JS, React JS, Aurora, Spark, VPC • ERP, Power BI, Cloud Systems, Artificial Intelligence, SAP - S4 HANA, Infra, Mobile App Development ,Servers, Hosting, Omni Channel Development , Angular, C#, .NET, MS SQL etc Location - Delhi Budget - Upto 1 Cr
