Job Description : General Manager (Business Head)- East Africa This opening is with the Reputed Stationery Manufacturing Company Age group - 38-45 Years The person will be a Post Graduate in Management from a reputed Institution. MBAs from IIT/IIM will be preferred. Candidates, post qualifications, should have worked for 10-15 Years of which 3-5 years should be in a senior management role. African experience preferably in a similar industry will be advantageous. The incumbent should be experienced in Establishing strong, exceptionable strategies for achievement of top-line & bottom-line targets, Overseeing business operations in assigned territory with profit accountability. Managing sales & marketing operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business objectives will be a major benchmark. Effective communicator, a go getter and strong at relationship building and managing at a senior level. The person should be mature & achievement oriented.
