Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD BOTSWANA Must be CA not CA ( SA) This role is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. This includes developing and executing financial strategies, managing the budget, overseeing accounting and reporting, and providing financial analysis and advice to the CEO and other senior executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and analysis, as well as experience in a leadership role. Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's overall business goals. Manage the budget and ensure that it is aligned with the company's financial goals. Oversee accounting and reporting functions, including the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other reports. Provide financial analysis and advice to the CEO and other senior executives. Identify and manage financial risks. Oversee the financial operations of the company, including cash flow management, debt management, and investments. Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Key Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Experience with financial software and systems.
