Job Description : DGM K ENYA FOR CEMENT Desired profile of the candidate Cement Process Background, Cement Production Head, Job description:- Ø Production planning in coordination with marketing & Logistics. Ø Preparation production and expenses budget for production department. Ø Design and Development appropriate raw mix to ensure consistent quality. For this purpose, assisting materials department in developing new sources of raw materials and for limestone co-ordination with mines. Ø Optimization of Limestone consumption from various mines in consulting with mines department. Ø Design and Development and maintain the production and Quality control Ø Process audit and Optimization of the process for reducing the fuel and power consumption. Ø Refractory management as per the budget Ø Maintaining the MIS for the production and power consumption data Ø Ensuring the quality of the time product and identifying various means to improve the quality, reduction in power consumption and maximum productivity. Ø Requirement of required man power and train them to shoulder additional responsibility. Ø Adhering principles and procedures under IMS viz., Quality, Environment and OHSAS on floor. Ø Implementation of 5s principles on floor and continuous development Ø Be a core member in plant Energy Conservation action team and identifying and implementing means of efficient utilization of energy in all forms. Required Candidate profile Should have worked in a Modern cement plant in Production function taking care of Process & day today production functions., Should possess sufficient knowledge in cement Quality Management and Assurance .
