Job Description : HR- Business Partner (DUBAI- Handling Middle East). This role is for a smart, young energetic HR BP. Should have handled extensive Business Partnering with stake holder management and should have retail/ technology vertical experience. Our client is one of the biggest names in Middle East and they are looking for someone who has done talent management/ succession planning/ Talent acquisition/ Expat relocation/Performance Management/ Comp & Ben analysis. This role is not for someone senior we are looking for post qualification experience of 12 Years. We are fine to hire from anywhere. This role will involve extensive travel. Salary will be 40 to 45K Aed per month.
