Job Description : HR HEAD AUSTRALIA Working with several members of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for high quality people operations across a diverse and dispersed workforce. In this hands-on generalist HR lead role you will work with an engaging team that is deadline driven but always puts quality of their work first. You are tasked to ensure exceptional people practices are delivered with impact and value. be the coach, conscience and confidante to several leaders who relish an empathetic but valuable people partner that GSD! enable high performance leadership during a period of change and transformation at a double digit growth rate Create excellent people processes and organisational habits which are both formed and actually performed ie. People plans, L&D, culture champion and building the operational excellence in process supports others in authentic leadership and in moment coaching, but loves to roll up your sleeves to deliver are looking for an organisation which bring people (mostly extraverts) together that want to make a difference can demonstrate your experience in taking HR through operational and process excellence to enable an intrapreneurship culture enjoy partnering with multiple leaders that are passionate but need organisational discipline to deliver even greater results have previously built the people capability around dispersed workforces ie. built technical and leadership capability, managed talent and retention; and love walking the floors and building a deep understanding of how the business works from the ground up!
