Job Description : HR HEAD AUSTRALIA **Please note this role is open to expats without an Australian passport/visa providing NSW, Australia Salary: AUD 250-300,000 per annum, plus benefits The candidate placed in this role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the organisations HR functions including recruitment, remuneration, retention, training, wellness, and implementation of the groups policies and procedures. Must Have Requirements: * 20+ years of proven experience working with Human Resources. * Hold an degree in Human Resources/Psychology or a related field. * Proven experience of working within trading or import/export organizations * Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
