Human Resources Manager 

Job Description : HR MANAGER GHANA We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This position is responsible for establishing and running human resources department and to work closely with the leadership team. To ensure HR goals are aligned with business initiatives and to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy for both current and future talent needs by recruiting, retention, and Succession planning. Roles and responsibilities- Designing, planning and executing Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Process with recruitment by liasoning with HR consultants, internal leads and other online sources. Assist in development, communicate and implementation of human resource policies . Travel, visa, ticketing, transport, accommodation and other requirements for staff. Maintaining and rationalizing HR budgets- compensation, travel, and benefit plans. Research and analyse HR trends, talent and opportunities as per needs of the management. Carrying out necessary administrative duties & clerical tasks as and when applicable. Related but not limited to labour, pantry, transport, expense, guest, and travel management. Maintaining relationship with freelancers and contract vendors on or off-site Able to conduct hire to retire/fire formalities- from employee joining, onboarding and induction to exit formalities Design & implement employee retention, engagement, growth strategies. Performance appraisals and employee grievances redressal to be taken care along with/without head of department. Leave management and planning in line with business and staff needs. Taking care of employee training and upskilling requirement on need basis. Maintaining, updating and storing employee’s data, directory, KYC and other documents. Maintaining employee data and workplace privacy across locations. Preparation of organization chart, JDs, roll out KRA & KPI for key roles. Creating process flow for each, preparing SOP’s and codifying with help of various department heads. Statuary HR compliance, attendance, health, safety, security, insurance, taxation and payroll. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Maintaining and handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures and Policies. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics time to hire, employee turnover rates, cost per head etc. as need be. Ability to communicate internally and externally across teams and industry as per need. Find and implement suitable human resources information system as per company needs/budget. Ability to find & introduce various IT tools/systems to enhance organization productivity. IT and technology- Help with maintaining websites, emails, cloud storage, social media, data Management, hardware, and other IT spends with or without help of external vendors. Technology savvy and enthusiast Requirements- Post Graduates in HR with 10+ years of Post qualification expereince Preferred age under 45 yrs Experience of West Africa/Africa and French knowledge will be a huge plus. Strong communication and emotional management skills Linguistic proficiency in minimum English and Hindi language is required.
