Your responsibilities will include: R&D Leadership: Lead and manage the R&D team, setting strategic directions and goals. Product Innovation: Drive innovative research to develop new and improved masterbatch products. Quality Control: Ensure stringent quality control measures and compliance with industry standards. Process Enhancement: Continuously improve production processes for higher efficiency and quality. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business objectives. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in masterbatch development. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Research and Development. Strong background in masterbatch manufacturing and product development. Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects. In-depth knowledge of quality control and industry standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
