Regional Sales Manager

Job Description : RSM WEST AFRICA FOR TRAVEL INDUSTRY · The employee will be responsible for business development, • approaching new corporates and channel partners tie-up for travel related services. · -Coordinate and align with the Global Travel teams initiatives, policies and other supplier negotiations (like Airlines/ Car rentals/ Hotels). · -Drive sales initiatives and achieve targets from existing as well as new customers. · -Sending quotations and samples to the customers and follow-up for orders. · -Regularly coordination with the corporate for providing new services. · -Maintain all the data in CRM and update management with MIS. · -Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with potential clients & understand their requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements · To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant Bachelors degree combined with a minimum of 5 years leadership sales experience working directly for an airline, or TMC environment. · The candidate should have strong excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with the ability to influence the negotiation of commercial contracts. · He must be a team player, with strong organisational, planning and time management skills combined with good commercial awareness and business acumen. · The ability to analyse and interpret data and then articulate to external customers is required. · He must be fluent (written and oral) in English to be effective in this role
