Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER GUINEA · Timely financial closing on a monthly / quarterly basis; · Interpreting financial results with analysis assisting management in making informed decisions; · Analysing financial data, trends, and patterns to identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement; · Identifying process gaps and ensuring processes are well established for critical operations; · Implementation of internal controls within various financial and operational processes; · Assisting in implementation and setting up of the ERP framework; · Business process automation and full automation of MIS reports; · Support localisation by providing opportunities to the locals in the department with management guidance and discretion. · Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved · Managing budgets and developing financial plans to meet organizational goals. · Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Preferred candidate profile · Min. 8 yrs of experience. · Experience in Trading Automobiles, Spare Parts, Heavy Commercial Vehicles, FMCG, Agro-Commodities. · Experience in African countries preferred. · Knowledge of French Language is preferred. · knowledge of English and Hindi is a must
