As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, optimizing production efficiency, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of skilled professionals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. • Proven experience (15+ years) as a Plant Manager or similar leadership role in a thermoplastic injection molding manufacturing environment. • Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes and related machinery. • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Thorough understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. • Proficiency in using manufacturing software and ERP systems. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance. • Proven track record of achieving production targets and meeting quality standards. • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource management. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the thermoplastic injection molding industry.
