Job Description : Plant Commercial Head- Senior Manager/ AGM KENYA FOR CEMENT PLANT Job Description Position Details: - Plant Commercial Head- Senior Manager/ AGM Years of Experience: - 15 Years in manufacturing Industry Educational Qualification: - #CMA Job Responsibilities 1. Prepare Income Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet & Cash Flow for Plant 2. Prepare monthly financials & operational reports 3. Prepare monthly & annual budgets of his business 4. Prepare monthly cost sheet of each SFG & SKU's 5. Conduct Variance Analysis with reason 6. Monitor & Implement Plant Internal Control practices (In consecution with corporate policies) as necessary to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets and identify risks. 7. Good Communication skill & team player so that maintain proper co-ordination with plant head,CFT Heads & Senior Management to explain results, make improvements,manage projects, Identify inefficiencies, understand operations and lead the development of complex analysis. 8. Provide proactive/unsolicited consultation, interpretation & education in complex financial & operational matters to various departmental leaders. 9. Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines. 10. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries from the business. 11. Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports & legal docs. 12. Well conversant in SAP environment 13. Understand & ensure local statutory requirements like GST, TDS, Manpower Laws, Pollution Control, State Incentives & Tax Policies etc. 14. Demonstrate strong & pragmatic business acumen.
