Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER KENYA FOR LIQUOR INDUSTRY Operation Manager / Manager Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management Experience : minimum 15 years of relevant experience in related field. JD: -The incumbent shall be supervising administrative functions at Head Office, overseeing operations across all the factories, coordinating with procurement team and all factory managers to ensure smooth operations, ensuring repair & maintenance (preventive and periodic), and providing essential assistance to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) when required. -Proven experience in operations management and administrative supervision. -Strong public relations, organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask effectively. -Knowledge of policies, relevant laws of the country. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders. -Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions. -Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications. -Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management will be an added advantage.
