Job Description : CLUSTER SCM ME/KSA As a member of the bp Middle East and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (ME/KSA) Country Leadership Team (CLT), take joint responsibility for strategic programmes, assurance, prioritization, resourcing and financial delivery to support Lubricants businesses. In this role you will: • Watch over for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) ME/KSA safety, ensuring BP Safety standards are set • Drive a strong Customer Centric approach in ME/KSA, improve service performance and implement global and business customer policies • Drive the people agenda in and develop an energized and diverse workforce • Deliver short, medium and long term performance within the ME/KSA countries as laid out in the annual planning process, roadmap and ME/KSA CLT and GSC strategies in a safe and compliant way • Drive Ethics & Compliance and governance in GSC ME/KSA, including with our operated and non-operated joint venture partners • Run and champion the development of the Supply Footprint / Network Strategy • Support CLT business priorities and meanwhile develop and execute the GSC strategy • Provide innovative solutions for business demands and foreseeing market challenges that may arise in the future, planning appropriate responses • Building a strong talent pipeline and retain the existing talent in the organization We have the following requirements: • 1-3 year planning horizon, Growth environment • Planning for own CLT and contributing to overall Global SC plan • Management of multiple SC interrelationships • Experienced in end-to-end Supply Chain Leader with experience in leading people and ground-breaking change with substantial experience in practical operations roles at a senior level • In-depth understanding of the business environment, business practices, logistics markets and major local competitors • Strong management expertise, specifically showing a wide range of interpersonal skills applicable in different situations with staff, internal peers and external contacts • Know how in people and capability development • Experienced in bringing to bear relationships and networks within organizations • Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written • Excellent agreement skills, understanding of strategic supplier/customer relationships • Engineering Graduate or match with meaningful experience in the petroleum / petrochemical / chemical industry, of which at least three years should have been in a senior leadership role • Post Graduate degree in Management would be an advantage • Languages: English - Proficient At bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you: The remuneration package for this role is based on attractive "local terms" within the UAE.
