Job Description : RSM UAE FOR AUTO a startup company (Off-road division of a bigger automotive group) dealing in off-road vehicles, spare parts, and accessories as well as traditional automotive aftermarket and OEM parts. Job Title: Regional Sales-4x4/Offroad Spare Parts & Accessories. Job Purpose: You will be responsible for managing and growing the sales of off-road vehicle spare parts and accessories to retailers, wholesalers, and workshops in UAE and GCC. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company. Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth within the assigned region. 2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the automotive, off-road equipment, and related industries. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives. 6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products or services. 7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure profitable business deals. 8. Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market conditions. 9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services. 10. Stay informed about product developments and enhancements to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers. Requirements: Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically preferred, or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive, off-road equipment, or related industries. Experience in a regional or territory sales role is highly valued. Products knowledge: A solid understanding of 4x4 vehicles, off-road equipment, and related accessories is essential. Familiarity with different brands, models, and their features is beneficial for effectively selling these products. Sales skills: Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and growing a customer base is highly desirable. Industry knowledge: A good knowledge of the off-road and 4x4 equipment market, including current trends, competitors, and customer needs, is important. Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering persuasive sales presentations. The ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner is also valuable. Preferably Arabic speaker. Territory management: The Regional Sales role will be responsible for managing a specific geographic territory. Therefore, strong organizational and time management skills are required to effectively prioritize and manage sales activities within the region. Travel: Depending on the territory, the position may require frequent travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and visit dealerships. A willingness to travel and a valid driver's license are necessary.
