Job Description : Operations Director - East Africa This opening is with the Reputed Transport & Logistics Company Age Group – 35-45 Years Education: Any Graduate + MBA Operations Should have 10-15 years' experience in managing Logistics Operations (African experience preferred) The incumbent will be responsible for: Improvement through lean implementation, Vehicle operation & Resource Management, Budget Mgt, etc. Prepare Strategy plan in coordination with CEO & MD for different customers segments/ Seasons. Drive Logistics efficiency improvement through Plant dispatch team via implementation of standard practices, vehicle utilization, etc. Effective communicator.
