Construction Director

Job Description : Construction Director, Riyadh ($10Bn CAPEX) Looking to speak to experienced Construction Directors for a major urban regeneration scheme in Riyadh. Must have a demonstrable and stable employment track record, working for Tier 1, internationally recognised Project Management Consultancies (PMC) on major programs ($500m plus), or alternatively as a Project Director on substantial projects working with Tier 1 Main Contractors. Happy to look at candidates currently operating outside of the Middle East, provided they have experience working with FIDIC Contracts and multi-cultural teams.
