Job Description : HEAD TRANSPORT FLEET OPERATIONS TANZANIA leading Indian Group having strong presence in East Africa into transport and logistic business is looking for the following . Salary : 4000 -6000 USD nego nett Plus expat benefit's Accommodation, Visa . Handle a robust fleet of 500 plus super size trucks for Primary & Secondary Operation. Schedule all Distribution Primary Transportation / Secondary Delivery of orders. Determine needs for expansion of routes and schedules. Heading the operation team for on time placement and delivery in required temp. Responsible for getting the right products in the right quantities, to the right locations all at the right time. Motivate Drivers & Staff for on time placement and delivery. Developing attached drivers by attracting, enrolling, training, coaching, supporting to help them perform to set standards and evaluating them to benchmark performance management system. Work with driver life cycle management to resolve any issues faced by the driver with respect to the fleet Reducing cost on multiple delivery and maintenance. Responsible for driver's trip settlement and recovery. Organize vendor Conferences as a vehicle to deliver, & communicate the Company's strategic objectives Ensured vehicle management systems are effectively utilized Manage employees along with supervisors,drivers,for the distribution Centre. Making sure that all vehicles Equipped with GPS and maintain as per norms. Monitored management system and tracked all movements of Delivery Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently. Manage all Systems & Procedures.
