Plant Production and Technical Head

Job Description : PLANT PRODUCTION AND TECHNICAL HEAD NIGERIA FOR INJECTION MOLDING Job Role:1) Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations 2) Develop and drive continuous improvement initiative 3) Participate in varioUs activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, HR and other delivery 4) Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping 5) Allocate resources effectively 6) Prepare budgets using various forecasting models 7) Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus 8) Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees 9) Communicate with employees about performance expectations 10) Give useful feedback to employees 11) Recruit, hire and onboard new staff 12) Determine KPIs and measure them on a regular basis 13) Ensure smooth daily operations 14) Adhere to the company's rules and regulations 15) Stay up to date with the latest production trends, best practices and technology Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field or MBA degree. Experience: 15 Years Requirements – Nigeria Experience, Experience in Injection moulding on Husky, Ferromatik, Engel, Haitian, Milacron injection machines, Sacmi compression closures lines, Ancillary Maintenance of Chillers/Compressor/Reverse Osmosis Water treatment, Gas/Diesel Generator maintenance. Co-ordination and reporting to plant hand of operational activities and updates.
