Job Description : FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS HEAD SIERRA LEONE 12+ years experience - This will be a critical role to drive implementation of strategic business plans over the short and long term. - The incumbent would lead critical functions of Finance, Accounts and Legal to develop and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy that ensures a profitable business growth. - This will be a challenging opportunity for middle to senior management career driven professionals to contribute to an ambitious business agenda for an aggressive growth oriented organization. - Will be responsible for setting up and control Finance processes for Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations and make it a process driven organization. - Career path for a high performer in the role would be handling P&L for business with moderate complexity to start with. KEY RELATIONSHIPS: This role has principal reporting to the CEO. The role has to interact extensively with Founders, Investors and other Function Heads in the business. CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS: - The ideal candidate would be Qualified Chartered Accountant with 12+ yrs of Finance, Accounts and Legal experience, preferred in FMCG. - The candidate needs to be high on strategic thinking and achievement orientation. - The candidate also needs to display the ability and sensitivity to manage business complexities and complex stakeholder relationships, - Other key desired competencies and skills would be teamwork and collaboration and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
