Job Description : CEO Location: Madhya Pradesh Offer CTC: 1.0 to 1.5 crore Must have proven experience as a CEO/ Senior Leader in an Export B2B Sales Manufacturing company with annual revenues of INR 1000 to 1500 crores minimum. Preferred Industries: Flexible Flims & Packaging/Labelling/Textiles Auxiliaries or Raw Materials Experience: 20-25 Years of experience with an entrepreneurial mindset and must have sound experience in P&L management, developing profitable strategies, long long-term Goals for a Manufacturing Company. Should be strong at Growth Strategy, Marketing Focus, Brand Recognition, Operational Efficiency, Technology Transformation, Manufacturing Modernization, Financial Management, Talent Management and Stakeholder Management. KRA's: • Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate the achievement of goals. • Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. Direct and oversee the company's operational and fiscal activities to include product development, production, distribution, and sales. • Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing team to enhance brand visibility. Develop strategies to ensure our brand is visible to end customers and to foster strong brand recognition. Facilitate the shift in power dynamics from distributor to manufacturer. • Drive the company's financial performance to achieve and exceed financial and business targets. Ensure financial strategies align with the company's high growth strategy. • Promote a culture that reflects the organization's values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity. Ensure smooth collaboration amongst various departments for effective decision-making. • Report on operational and financial performances to the board. Provide advice, recommendations, and updates to the Board to inform their decision-making. • Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the community for the betterment of the company.
