Job Description : SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER UK 15+ years experience Candidate must be eligible to apply for UK visa/permit A widely recognised and respected business is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team based in Bedfordshire. As a Senior Finance Manager will report into the Head of Finance, partner the operations teams in driving an ambitious strategy whilst managing a high performing team. Responsibilities will include: • Creating a business partnering framework supporting operational leadership, driving profitability and managing operational costs • Directly and indirectly managing and developing a team (5 reports) • Leading on the production and delivery of detailed forecasting, budgets and variance analysis • Being the finance lead for the operational activities across the UK business. Key requirements: • A qualified accountant with post qualified experience in a large, fast paced commercial environment • A clear business partner, using strong technical skills and competent communication to bring the numbers to life and help the business drive forwards • An inspiring and supportive team manager • Clear commercial finance experience • An ambitious individual, with an inquisitive mind and ‘can do’ attitude.
