Project Director

Job Description : Project Director - Developer Dubai I'm searching for a Project Director that has experience delivering super high rise (80+ floors) projects from landbank to construction handover. This role will work closely with the development and design teams from the early design stages and operate at a strategic level, creating schedules and milestones for the project, procuring and managing consultants and contractors, managing the cost and leading the overall execution of the project. Previous developer or PMC experience in the UAE is required.
