Job Description : GROUP FC UK Looking for diversity candidates worldwide who are eligible to apply for UK visa Role remit: - Provide strategic financial leadership, partnering closely with senior management to drive financial performance. - Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with relevant regulations. - Implement and maintain effective financial controls, processes, and systems to safeguard company assets. - Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional development and growth. - Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability. - Analyse new business opportunities to inform financial strategy and decision-making. - Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards. What will you need? - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA). - Significant experience in financial management and leadership roles. - Strong understanding of financial reporting, astute and up to date with current accounting standards. - Experience in optimising financial processes and systems. - Exceptional financial acumen with a keen eye for detail. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Strategic mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement. - Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic business environment. - Ethical and principled with a commitment to integrity. - Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
