You'll manage a team of trade and account managers across different branches. You'll work closely with the Senior Management team to reach company goals and expand sales across all product lines and customer segments. Your responsibilities also include finding new sales opportunities, making sure sales targets are met, handling significant sales projects, and coaching your team for top performance.
