Financial Controller

Job Description : FC VIETNAM A world’s leading agriculture multinational company is looking for Financial Controller based in Ho Chi Minh City. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this person will be responsible for all financial reporting, planning & analysis and credit controls of the business. Responsible for reviewing and executing financial strategy Oversees financial and management reporting, utilising data tools and systems e.g. Power BI Budget management – set up, monitor and analyse variations Monitor the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement Evaluate credit solutions and policies Liaise well with regional whilst effectively manage a team of financial analysts and credit controllers Advise business leaders in all financial matters Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 10 years of experience in financial controlling, with at least three years in team management positions Big 4 background is a plus Proficient ERP system user Excellent English skills required Proactive, organised, precise in communication
