Managing Director

Job Description : MD RETAIL THAILAND Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a role for a consultant who is a leader in their field. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead our growing retail company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, driving revenue growth and profitability, and ensuring that the company is operating efficiently and effectively. The Managing Director will work closely with the Board of Directors and other senior executives to achieve the company's goals and objectives. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits. Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals. Lead and manage the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring that all business functions are running efficiently and effectively Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, and optimising operations Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors Provide guidance and leadership to other members of the executive team and other employees, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to succeed Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, and make strategic decisions based on data and analysis Ensure that the company is compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, and provide regular updates on the company's performance and progress Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management position, preferably in the retail industry , food retail , consultancy Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability through effective leadership and strategic planning Strong business acumen and financial management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with others, and to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong commitment to ethical business practices
