Establish shopper analytics platforms through surveys to gain valuable insights into shopper behavior. Formulate recommendations rooted in shopper behavior insights that align with commercial objectives. Take the lead on Shopper Engagement projects in collaboration with responsible markets and agencies tasked with delivering the desired customer experience. Establish tangible in-store engagement targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), adapt the strategy for each market, and leverage engagement results to evaluate the viability of innovations. Collaborate with regional teams and distributors to enhance distributor and channel infrastructure and organizational capabilities. Oversee regional Retail Performance KPIs, offering market-specific recommendations, regional insights, and guidance.
