Job Description : Group General Manager - (Zimbabwe) This role would be best suited to an energetic individual with good general business experience/understanding and a sound understanding of finance. Key Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field. 10+ years of experience in the tourism/hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a management role. Proven track record of success in managing and operating a tourism/hospitality business.
