Procurement Manager

Job Description : MEP PROCUREMENT MANAGER DUBAI for a semi- govt company. Should be competent in Global Procurement, Vendor Management, Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Demand Forecasting, Price Negotiations Job Role- • Developing procurement strategies and implementation of best practice procurement vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. • Assist in developing Procurement and Admin budget based on the requirement of section • Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders and colleagues. • Assess tenders/RFQ/RFP from potential suppliers and work with suppliers and have a process in place to measure effective performance, quality and compliance. Experience & Requirements - • Bachelors / Masters degree in supply chain management, logistics, or Business Administration. • Proven experience managing supply chain operations. • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
