Job Description : ADMINISTRATION MANAGER AUCKLAND NEW ZEALAND 15-20 years experience Open to overseas candidates though do note company will not support relocation Administration Manager to join a dynamic, high-performing team where you will be highly supported. In this role you will be providing administration support and management services to the Proprietors, Managers, and team members. Key Responsibilities: Build and develop a successful administration team Invoicing Month end reporting Oversee key administration functions including accounts payable, reconciliations, internal controls, and facility management Maintain relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Operate as a trusted advisor to senior management About you: Experience in a similar role or administration roles Ability to lead, mentor and develop team members Strong understanding of reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounting practices Excellent time management and organisation Clear communication and interpersonal skills
