Chief Executive Officer

Job Description : EO AUTO KSA The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide leadership to the Company to achieve its key objectives in the market and grow the Company’s strong brand in the auto industry in line with the Company’s vision and mission. He will be responsible for the overall performance of the Company in terms of both operational & financial areas. He will be responsible to develop and execute the business plan and the set key performance indicators in the areas of clients, finance, marketing, operations, internal business processes, personnel, and suppliers. He will design, plan, and manage all the Company’s resources to enhance value to all stakeholders. Establish strong communication and enhance relationships with regional dealers Grow overall cars units sold and create a three-year plan with allocations across different sales channels (Retail, Fleet, Dealers) Full review of current aftersales business model and create a plan to enhance profitability of aftersales Attract new talent and managers to lead change and create impact across all functions. Oversee the new ERP implementation project and ensure successful delivery Develop and execute the Business Plan/Budgets/Targets Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in an automotive company and 15 years in total Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar senior managerial position Must have a previous experience in KSA or GCC Market Speak Arabic and English fluently (Arabic is not a must but it’s a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Operations (Master’s degree in the same field is a plus).
